Cancellation & Return Policy
You can return the product if:
You received a faulty/defective copy of the print
Terms and Conditions for return/replacement:
Journal must be in their original condition
Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled Journal copies will be accepted
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by going to the ‘My Orders’ section of the website or by sending an order cancellation email to editor@acrpub.com. Any amount you paid will be credited back into the same account from which you have paid.
We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate a refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.
If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue ACRPUB Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account based on your request. ACRPUB Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
The refund amount will be credited back to your account within 10-15 working days from the date of the refund initiated.
Shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
It may take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund. We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility. Therefore, the return time depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
